Campers confirmed on the Houston bus trip will be picked up at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church at 3471 Westheimer and Edloe. The bus will leave the church parking lot on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. Check-in time begins at 8:00 a.m. The bus will return to the same location on the closing Saturday of each session at 3:30 p.m. Campers traveling on the bus will stop in Seguin at McDonald’s to eat lunch both ways. Campers will need lunch money.
Campers confirmed on the San Antonio bus tripwill be picked up from the National Car Rental near the International Airport behind Airport Security Parking at 8530 Eastern Blvd. The bus will leave on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Check-in time begins at 12:30 p.m. The bus will return on the closing Saturday of each session at 11:30 a.m.
If you have a camper traveling by air and requesting pick up, you must fly into the San Antonio International Airport. Copies of flight schedules must be submitted to our Kerrville office via fax (830-792-1229) or email. Arrival flights should be made between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Departure flights should be made between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Campers with flight reservations will be picked up at the airport and taken to the bus. San Antonio bus reservations must also be made.
