Monday, July 5: Travel Day for 15: Prep Day at Jacob’s Well for the Entire Team

 

3:30 am Wake Up Call for Take Down Team in Ft. Lauderdale; meet in lobby for transportation at 4:00 am.  Go to Terminal 4 for departing flight on Florida Coastal Airlines Flight 2100 at 6:00 am Judi , John, Laura, Jeanna, Brigette, Cody in charge.Double check transportation the previous night!

Friday, July 9: Departure Day for 22 on the Set-up Team

 

5:00 am Early Rise, quick breakfast for 22 passengers flying to Ft. Lauderdale, FL.  Pack gear and load into trucks by 5:30 am.Check in time at Cap Haitian is 6:30 am, departure time is 8:30 am.  Arrive in Ft. Lauderdale at 12:15 pm.  Take shuttle back to Embassy Suites for overnight. John Hill and Judi Mayne on point.
8:00 am Breakfast for the rest of the team.  Breakfast for 15 US Team
8:30 am Morning Devotional Brigette McCann
9:00 am Activities could include completing work projects, playing games with village kids, taking down tents no longer needed.  We could take a field trip to the beach or climb to the highest peak at camp.  Rest and relax in the evening, and prepare to shut down the camp by late Friday night.  Kevin and Ang will lead this team.

Depart for SAT at 9:35 pm

Team can be picked up by parents at SAT Airport.  For those who need rides to camp, we will need to figure out transportation for that.
