Howdy Mission Team, Staff, and Parents!
We are on the final countdown to Haiti, and we hope you are as excited as we are! All details are in place and we are ready to see this team come together on Friday at 3:00 pm at Laity Lodge Retreat Center. If you have not yet responded to the earlier email about how many of your family members will be present, please call Diane Henry at 830-792-1215 and let us know.
Many of you have asked about our Saturday, July 10 return trip to San Antonio Airport. Our hope is that each person will have someone there to meet, greet, and pick them up at the airport. We do not plan on having a charter bus take us back to camp, and so if you are serving on staff second half, or if you are a camper for third session, we hope you can have a short reunion with family or a friend before heading back to camp. If that is not possible, please let us know and we will make arrangements for your transportation with one of our staff who is returning to camp on Saturday night.
