We absolutely cherish the time we get to spend with campers. They are the reason we do what we do. For you to entrust us with your beloved child is not something we take lightly. We believe in the ministry, experiences, relationships, and adventures that happen at LLYC and are hopeful that you do too. You have a right to be picky. We know that there are a ton of options as you look to fill your child’s summer schedule, and we long to serve you and your family .
As a parent, you probably have many questions as you think about sending your precious camper off for an extended amount of time. Your questions are so valuable to us. We want to do our very best articulating who we are; what happens before camp, at camp, after camp; and what you can expect from us. We also want to equip you with all the info and details that need to happen between registering your camper for camp and actually packing their trunk to drop them off at camp this summer.
We pack many fun, spontaneous, and crazy things into every session at LLYC! There are also many significant things being discussed, questions asked, truths taught, and thoughts being planted during your camper’s session at camp. We hope this website will inform you with what will be happening at camp, and give you a few resources, ideas, places of ministry, and community that may be useful for your family for the rest of the year.
We are not trying to reinvent the wheel, but rather pass along a few things we believe in. We know that the provided information and tools will be helpful and useful to you, as you decide whether to send your camper to LLYC.
