Let’s face it, before Amazon and a recently accommodating HEB, the only way to get your hands on some delicious Julio’s chips was to have a someone in your cabin from San Angelo.
The MSG stayed with you all year, creating hope and desire that could only be fulfilled the next summer (if, of course, that cabin-mate request was granted). A better chip our mouths have never known. It’s true that some of the greatest campers and staffers emerged from that two worded town they’d smashed into one, S’Nangelo. But one has to wonder whether the magical chips they had in tow had anything to do with their other-worldly charm.
I’m pretty sure I speak for the Alumni at large when I say we are thankful for Julio’s chips!
