Friday

  • 5:00–7:00 p.m. – Arrival and Welcome
  • 6:00 p.m. – Dinner (included in registration fee)
  • 7:00-8:30 p.m. – Live Music and s’mores

Saturday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast (available for purchase through Sage Hill Inn or on your own)
  • 9:30 a.m. – Welcome Table for new arrivals
  • 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Mingle and enjoy the property (pickleball, swimming)
  • 12:00 p.m. – Lunch (available for purchase through Sage Hill Inn or on your own)
  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Mingle and enjoy the property (pickleball, swimming)
  • 3:00–5:00 p.m. – Trick or Treat, costume parade, and more
  • 6:00 p.m. – Dinner (included in registration fee)
  • 7:00–9:00 p.m. – Evening Program: Live Music/Open Mic and s’mores

Sunday

  • 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast (available for purchase through Sage Hill Inn or on your own)
    Departures for guests staying overnight

*Swimming available throughout the weekend. No Lifeguard on duty.

Up to 3 people – charge by individual fee

  • Friday only – $30 per individual
  • Saturday only – $30 per individual
  • Both days – $60 per individual

4 or more people – family bundle pricing

  • Friday only – $100
  • Saturday only – $100
  • Both days – $200
