That’s right! Numerous LLYC Alums will be descending upon camp this summer, in person or via US Postal System. Staff is officially in the Canyon and Alums are about to swoop in and help out in two great ways!
- LLYC Ambassadors: Ambassadors call new LLYC families before camp to welcome them and answer any questions. They then participate on Opening Day, greeting and assisting LLYC families as needed.
- Adopt-a-Staff: Alums pray for new LLYC seasonal staff throughout the summer and encourage them with letters, care packages and/or emails. We share our story with them and what LLYC has meant to us. The goal of this program is to pray for and encourage our counselors and other summer staff members who will be pouring into the lives of campers, reminding them how much God loves them.
