LLYC’s new Parent Portal and registration system went live this week. We have spent the past year working with CircuiTree on this system because we want to serve our LLYC families to the best of our ability. CircuiTree is a standout leader in camping software and technology.
What does this mean for you?
Upon launch, LLYC families will see a new link “My Account” in the top menu. You can log in with your email address and request a new password. You will not need to re-enter information previously submitted.
Does this affect our health and payment deadlines?
Yes! LLYC is extending the deadline for completed health forms and final payment to April 15.
What are the immediate benefits to LLYC families?
There will be a single login point for everything within the new Parent Portal—camper data, medical information, Sugar Shack, camp photos, camp tuition, and more. Families will have the ability to upload Camp Physical Forms directly to the LLYC, eliminating the need to mail or fax paper copies. The online Sugar Shack will be easier and more efficient to use as well. Parents will have access to buy a store credit (Sugar Shack Bucks) for campers and monitor balance throughout the camp session. The old Inside View section will be integrated into the new Parent Portal—creating a more user-friendly process when inviting guests to purchase care packages for campers or view camp photos. The new system also offers families the option to set up automatic payment plans for camp tuition and cross-program payments.
In addition to the benefits our families will experience right away, we are excited for even more advancements and opportunities that lie ahead. Echoing the sentiments of the H. E. Butt Foundation at large, Christy Richardson, Sr. Director of IT and Guest Services said, “I’m very excited about our partnership with the CircuiTree team and what it will mean for Foundation guests and staff. Not only are we working with experts in the field of the camping software industry, but with this partnership we are also gaining access to many other leaders in the camping industry. Together we are constantly looking at technological advancements and how to improve upon the ways we serve our families.”
